Today I was again inspired by the callenge on the
The color scheme is just wonderful.
It did not take long to have some ideas.
I needed some sentiment cards and this was just perfect.
This sentiment is a cling stamp by Stampendous.
I embossed it with dark blue glittery embossing
powder. I added some blue ink around the pannel
and glued it to a piece of matt gold paper.
Gold is never great for pictures, sorry.
Then I collected several ribbons and cut
these in small bits. On the back of the pannel
I added double sided tape and glued the ribbons.
With foam tape I glued this to the card.
For the next two cards I used the same matt gold
paper in combination with blue/gold design paper.
The sentiment is printed with the computer.
The flowers are a cling stamp by Michael Strong.
The flowers are embossed with white embossing powder and
cut with scissors. Half way behind the sentiment
you see a golden ribbon.
Here the flower is embossed on gold paper
with the same embossing powder from the first card.
In the heart of the flower there is a tiny ring of gold
with a white brad. Around the dentiment there
is fine gold embroidery thread.
I also entered these cards for the following challenges:
