Finally I had time for another scrapbook page.
In March I went to Germany to visit my friend April.
(I know her from Club Scrap and the Michael Strong group)
She was there to visit her son, who had written a musical
piece and this weekend there was the performance.
It was absolutely wonderful. And an extra hightlight was that
his wife played in the orchestra (on the viola).
Here some pictures of the performance:
The performance was in a beautiful music hall that used to be
a plannetarium.There was a stunning ceiling.
The lights show the stars.
The 2nd person left is the DIL who plays the viola.
April with her son.
And now more about the lay out:
All papers are from the Crewel & Unusual kit (Feb 2016)
by Club Scrap. The sentiment is Club Scrapt oo,
but the Fleur de Lis isby Michael Strong. The are
both stamped on matt gold paper and embossed
with copper embossing powder.
This journaling is done on one of the cut aparts from the kit.
I decorated it with 2 sticky gemstones, that I also used on the
Fleur de Lis and the flowers below.
Obn this piece of the cut aparts were different flowers, but
they are covert with one of the flowers from Michael Strong's
Hannah's Busy Bee stamp set.
Thank you for looking!
Have a creative day!

Such a lovely LO of a wonderful trip. Don't know if this is a repeat as I lost my message. We make some great friends from blogland.
Your photos are super of the concert in that beautiful auditorium. Is it Dusseldorf?
