Day 2 Coffee Hop: Sketch card

I have made two cards using the wonderful sketch from the

CAS(E) this sketch! blog.

Their sketches are so wonderful to use

that I ended up making two.

You might wonder what CAS is:

clean and simple.

That makes them so easy to use!

For both my cards I use the

Michael Strong mini coffee cup

and the free sentiment from Verve Stamps.

The sentiment came in black, but in photoshop I colored it red

and then printed it on the cardstock. The cups are out of

silver vellum embossed with silver embossing poder.

Each cup has extra sticky gemstones.

Around the border of the panel, I added some versamark

and silver embossing powder.

Here another version, but the same technique.

Around the panel I added some green ink with

a blending tool.

More coloring on the sentiment and a sitcky pearl in 

the coffee pretending to be a drop of milk.
