With St Patrick's Day not to far away, here is a card
and a little candy idea for some Irish Luck.
As I told you yesterday, I had this image already
colored for The Daily Marker Color challenge
and here is the finished card:
I cut the image out with an oval die, Now you
may wonder how come the feet are out of the
oval. Well the image was a little too big, so I cut out
the feet furst and moved those on top of the die,
before cutting and it has a sweet effect.
The digital sentiment is by Create with TLC
and the background is design paper of a block.
Now on to the candy jar. You see i make the most of all
those jars i have from the twins. After a good clean I picked
all the green M&M's out of a back to fill the jar.
A green dotted ribbon tied around the jar with another
sentiment by Create with TLC.
The lid is decorated with a 4leaf clover made with the
mini heart stamp by Michael Strong. The stamp is embossed
4 times with lime green on dark green paper and cut out.
The the hearts are glued to the lid of the jar in the shape
of the clover with a sticky pearl in the middle.
Thanks very much for looking
and have a creative day!

Great idea on how to preserve the feet, Hetty!
But the Irish shamrock has only 3 leaves. ;-)
Oh how smart you are to use Mike's mini heart to make your 4 leaf clover!!! I love it! You chose such cool greens too! I'm glad to see someone else likes to re-use jars! Smart to put just the green M&M's in there. Such a pretty treat jar! Your card is just darling! You did a great job coloring it and die cutting it! Way cool to have the feet outside the die! I will have to give that a try!! Thanks so much!
Love this card, so precious. And the jar is very fun~!
