Club Scrap August Technique Challenge: Heat-Embossing

On the Club Scrap Blog there is a technique challenge

every month. This month it is heat-embossing

and this is my card with the sea horse stamp from the 

Club Scrap Lagoon kit from August.

To give my card more depth I took a variety of inks

from very light to dark brown.

Start stamping with the lightest color a few sea horses.

The next color and a few sea horses.

And the next color,

The the last layer is with versamark and 

black embossing powder.

After layering the card on dark brown paper I mounted

the panel on kraft colored paper from another kit. 

The sentiment and the sea star are both from the 

Lagoon kit.
