For Jewish people this week Passover (April 5 - 13) has started.
It is the commemoration of the Exodus from slavery in Egypt
and the journey to freedom.
This Holiday starts with a seder: a special meal with a strory, prayers,
special food and songs, In israel it is only one evening
and outside Israel two evenings are celebrated.
Of course I made some cards:
The sentiment on this card is an oldie but goodie by
Create with TLC. It is a freebie that you can still find HERE.
I printed some matzo paper to make the heart shape
and design paper in the background.
Passover is also a Spring Holiday and so these Tim Holtz inspired
carrots are on this card. I used Tim's Bottlebrush Trees and
some raffia to create the carrots.
The background is more of the matzo printed paper.
Hope you all have a lovely Passover.
